All Risks, Ltd. works with retail insurance agents and brokers to offer this national Workers’ Compensation specialty program to their clients.  This WC product is competitive for most aspects of the cannabis industry, including growing, harvesting, food product manufacturing and retail operations.  All Risks offers coverage in all states, excluding monopolistic, however its distinguishing feature is an exclusive A.M. Best "A-" rated carrier for risks in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas and Utah.  All Workers' Compensation carriers offered are Admitted and A.M. Best "A-" or better rated.  The legal use of cannabis products varies by state.  The program includes a low minimum premium, starting at $2,500.  Operations that include concentrate extraction start with minimum premiums of $25,000-$50,000.
