The “win” for the agent struggling to find coverage or land a big account. The “win” for All Risks, Ltd. when rounding out a large account and solidifying the firm as the agent’s one-stop shop.
the key to success."
Erin is convinced her consistent approach to managing accounts is the driving reason retail agents trust her to handle their business. Her agents know she will consistently perform on new business opportunities, provide superior service on their accounts, and fight to retain their renewals.
In addition to her managerial role, Erin mentors All Risks University graduates directly out of college and speaks at local universities about the Excess & Surplus lines sector of the insurance industry. She fully supports diversity and inclusion and refuses to allow age or time in the industry to dictate how anyone’s contributions are measured.
As an exemplary leader and broker, Erin embodies the attributes of an elite woman who is shaping a new future for the country’s insurance industry.
