Aaron began his career at All Risks in 2014 and quickly developed strong roots in the industry. His team’s exponential growth was built on middle market accounts as well as multi-million dollar deals, with over 80% of their book being energy-related.


Bonita Rogers is an Energy Broker with 29 years of industry experience. She specializes in all varieties of upstream, midstream and downstream energy risks, writing GL, Environmental Liability, Business Auto, WC, Control of Well, Rig Physical Damage, and Umbrella. Having been a retail agent for 20 years prior to becoming a wholesale broker, Bonita understands the challenges her agents face and places great emphasis on partnering with them to find prompt, effective solutions.


Frank Martino has nine years of industry experience writing GL, Pollution, Professional, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine, and Excess. His specialty within Energy includes saltwater haulers, pipeline contractors, and other services with Commercial Auto exposure. For risks with difficult-to-place Commercial Auto, Frank can identify SAFER score pain points and suggest how to make those risks more appealing to underwriters. As an experienced broker, Frank is able to set reasonable price, coverage and turnaround time expectations with his retailers (pending market clearance), often over a short phone call.


Adam Jacobus has worked in the wholesale space for over 10 years, focusing much of his time in the oilfield, specifically in South Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico. Within the Energy sector, Adam has written onshore, offshore, downhole, over the hole, site beautification, pipeline construction, equipment rental, trucking in the oilfield, and refinery contractor risks. He is an expert at reading MSAs and providing his clients with the proper coverages. Adam’s agents can count on him for comprehensive market lists and quick turnarounds on submissions.


Within the Energy sector, Charlie Moore specializes in contractors and transportation, writing mainly GL, Excess, Auto, Inland Marine, and Environmental coverages. Charlie adds value to the customer experience by always bringing a team approach to complex risks. He works collaboratively with other brokers to ensure his agents receive the best insurance solutions available in the market.

Olly Blitshtein brings 16 years of industry experience to the ARE team, writing monoline GL; Package to include GL/PL/CPL; supported Auto and WC; supported and unsupported Excess; unsupported CPL and Products Pollution. Outside of her family, Olly’s work is her true passion. Her agents have unlimited and exclusive access to her at any time. They trust her transparency, technicality, and ability to get things done. Olly’s two teenage boys help her stay focused on her goal, because she knows they view her as their role model and their compass into adulthood.


Vincent Urbanczyk was an active duty officer in the U.S. Army for eight years before joining All Risks. The skills he learned in the military have made him a dependable broker, able to react quickly to any situation. Vincent works closely with his retail partners to ensure they fully understand the proprietary and commonly-used forms in surplus lines policies. He specializes in writing GL, Pollution, Professional, Excess, Auto, and WC on both a monoline or package basis for contractors, consultants, engineers, oilfield/hazmat trucking, manufacturers and distributors.
