DALLAS, TX (April 3, 2019) – All Risks, Ltd., the nation’s largest independent wholesale insurance broker, is excited to introduce All Risks Energy (ARE), a national energy practice comprised of a diverse group of brokers with complementary backgrounds and product specialization. ARE provides unique solutions for the complex operations and coverages associated with Energy insurance placements.
“While practice groups are nothing new for wholesalers, they typically are just a way of saying we have a group of specialists within a specialty sector,” declared Glenn Hargrove, All Risks Managing Director. “With ARE, we offer our clients something much more, a fully integrated team of brokers that can collaborate and contribute their shared experience and relationships to any account. We are confident that a well-coordinated team of brokers can offer so much more than any individual,” he added.
ARE’s capabilities encompass upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas operations, both onshore and offshore. Target classes for the team include service contractors, operators, non-operators, consultants, engineers, manufacturers, distributors, equipment rental and oilfield truckers.
The coverages that ARE Brokers offer include, but are not limited to: General Liability, Environmental Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial Auto, Excess Liability, Property, Inland Marine, Marine Lines, in addition to proprietary products – ARE Contractor Facility, Rig Physical Damage Program and Control of Well.
Aaron Hoefle will lead All Risks’ new Dallas-based Energy Practice (ARE). He began his career at All Risks in 2014 and quickly developed strong roots in the industry. Aaron and his team’s exponential growth was built on middle market accounts as well as multimillion-dollar deals, with over 80% of their book being energy-related. The ARE Team regularly places a wide range of energy risks, from broad all-lines packages to difficult single-line placements such as gradual pollution towers for lease operators or 9-figure liability towers on tough contracting risks.
“The fierce independence, entrepreneurial spirit, and focus on customer experience embedded within the All Risks culture provides the perfect platform for ARE. As the U.S. becomes both the world’s largest oil and gas producer and exporter, the ARE Team is prepared to develop the best insurance programs to protect our clients’ balance sheets,” affirmed Aaron Hoefle, Vice President, All Risks Energy Practice Lead.
His team was vital in developing the firm’s proprietary energy casualty facility through Lloyd’s of London. This facility offers a non-auditable Primary GL (with S&A and Professional available) and lead $25M Excess (supported and unsupported) – targeting upstream contractors and consultants.
